XPS在炭纤维表面研究中的应用

摘    要:XPS是研究炭纤维表面元素组成及官能团种类的有力工具,对炭纤维表面进行不同深度的分析,能够深入了解炭纤维表面的氧化过程和氧化机制。化学改性方法的使用一定程度上弥补了XPS在定量方面的不足。通过与SIMS相结合,可以更有效地研究炭纤维表面元素与官能团的组成,以及炭纤维与树脂基体间的反应。

Abstract:XPS is a powerful technology for the investigation of elements and functional groups on the carbon fiber surface. It also promoted the understanding of the oxidation process and oxidation mechanism on the carbon fiber surface through analyzing the different sampling depth. As to the quantitative analysis of functional groups on carbon fiber surface, the application of the chemical modification techniques can make up for the disadvantage of XPS in some extent. And, combined with SIMS, XPS can analyze the surface elements and functional groups on carbon fibers and the reaction with resin matrix more effectively.
