PTA装置反应釜机械密封的改进

反应器是PTA装置进行生产的关键设备，而反应釜用机械密封失效则会导致反应工段全线停车，给正常生产造成很大的影响。为保证生产正常进行，我们决定采用波纹管式机械密封来取代原密封。经过近一年的运行，该反应釜的密封寿命大大延长，保证了装置生产的正常进行。

Improvement of Mechanical Seal in PTA Unit Reaction Vessel

The reactor is the key production equipment in PTA unit. Failure of mechanical seal in the reaction vessel will lead to the shut-down of the whole reaction section which will affect the normal production unit. Therefore we decide to use wave-shaped tube mechanical seal instead of the original one to guarantee the normal production. After nearly one-year operation, the seal life of the reactor has been extended greatly which has guaranteed the normal production.
