铝粉与黑索金粉尘爆炸特性的对比实验研究

摘    要:用Hartmanm装置对铝粉与黑索金粉尘进行了粉尘爆炸特性的对比实验研究。实验结果表明:对于铝粉来说,点火延迟时间对其最大爆炸压力和最大压力上升速率的影响十分明显;其最大爆炸压力和最大压力上升速率随着粉尘粒度的减小而增加;存在一个最佳粉尘浓度,使其最大爆炸压力和最大压力上升速率达到最大值。但对于黑索金粉尘来说,点火延迟时间在一定范围内对其最大爆炸压力和最大压力上升速率影响不明显;粉尘粒度对其最大爆炸压力影响很小,最大压力上升速率随粉尘粒度的减小而增大,但趋势没有铝粉明显;最大爆炸压力和最大压力上升速率随粉尘浓度的增加而线性增加。

Abstract:For aluminum, the effects of ignition delay on the maximum explosion pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise are very noticeable; And decreasing particle size leads to increase the maximum explosion pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise ; And there is a optimum concentration that makes the maximum explosion pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise reach a maximum. But for RDX powders, the effects of ignition delay on the maximum explosion pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise are not noticeable within certain limits; And the effects of particle size on the maximum explosion pressure is not marked, and with an increase of the particle size, the maximum rate of pressure rise decrease more smoothly; And the maximum explosion pressure and maximum rate of pressure rise vary approximalely linearly with the concentration.
