摘    要:通过连续运行MBR研究了DO、HRT、C/N对膜生物反应器处理效果的影响。试验结果表明:当CODMn在2.1—12.8mg/L范围内,C/N为10:1,HRT为5h时,当DO为1mg/L时,TN的去除率达到最大值56.43%,而DO过高或过低都会影响同步硝化反硝化的进行;控制DO为1mg/L,其余操作条件不变,当HRT为4h,TN的去除率达到最大值57.29%;C/N为20:1时,MBR对水中的CODMn、NH3-N和TN等的去除率均达到较好的处理效果;因此,膜生物反应器的最佳操作条件是DO为1mg/L,HRT为4h,C/N为20:1。

Abstract:Through eontinons rurming of MBR, irdlunenees of DO, HRT and C/N on treatment efficiency of membrane bioreactor were studied. The results showed: CODMn is 2.1 - 12.8 mg/L, C/N is 10: 1, HRT is 5 h, when DO is 1 mg/L, the removing rate of TN is the highest and reaches 56.43%, but higher DO or lower DO is able to affeet simultaneous nitrifieation and denitrification process; DO is 1 mg,/L, other operation conditions are invariable, when HRT is 4 h, removing rate of TN is the highest and reaches 57.29% ; when C/N is 20:1 ,treatment efficiency of MBR for CODMn, NH3 - N and TN is well. The best operation conditions of MBR is as follows: DO is 1 mg/L HRT is 4 h. C/N is 20: 1.
