| 摘 要： | 利用三元乙丙胶代替传统的天然橡胶生产复合体封条，可以改善产品的耐臭氧老化性能；选用第三单体为ENB，门尼粘度60－70，碘值为10－30，丙烯含量为30％的三元乙丙橡胶；选用中等补强比表面积小，粒子表面光滑的炭黑做补强剂；加入电诱导活性剂GDE，提高胶料微波的吸收能力。

| Abstract: | Apply EPDM in stead of traditional NR to produce complex rubber sealing strip. In this way you can improve the produts ozone cracking performance. EPDM which third monomer is ENB ,Mooney viscosity is 60-70, Iodine value is 10-30, vinyil content is 30% as main material ; midium grade carbon black with small specific surface area and smooth particle surface were selected as reinforcing agent and electrically induced activator - GDE was added to improve absorbing ability of microwave. |
