微电解-复合式UCT—MBR处理化工废水的试验研究

摘    要:采用微电解-复合式UCT—MBR法处理化工废水,铁炭微电解法是预处理综合化工废水的一种有效方法,该方法能提高生物处理效率,且有显著的脱色效果,色度的去除率达到93%。复合式UCT—MBR对有机物、氨氮、总磷有很好的处理效果。内电解与复合式UCT—MBR相结合后,COD的去除率可达90%以上,出水中的氨氮、总氮、总磷符合国家排放标准。

Abstract:Micro-electrolysis and Compound UCT-MBR process were used to treat industry wastewater.The biological treatment efficiency and decoloration effect were greatly improved so that ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis method was an effective way to pretreatment of industry wastewater.The results indicated color removal rate can reach 93%.Compound UCT-MBR has good treatment efficiency to eliminate organic substances,ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N),total phosphorus(TP).The results showed that;after combination of micro-elect...
