安塞油田井简腐蚀预防研究

摘    要:开采长2油层的张渠区块,原油中硫化氢含量相对较高,流体腐蚀性强,导致抽油杆强度降低,易发生断裂,同时伴随油井套管、油管腐蚀严重,影响油井正常生产,维护费用很高。通过对长2层腐蚀机理进行了系统的研究评价,并开展了大量的井筒防腐工艺技术矿场试验,其中抗硫化氢缓蚀剂防腐工艺技术有效解决了该区块井筒腐蚀严重的问题。

Abstract:During recovery of chang2 oil layer in Zhangqu district, there are higher contents of H2S in crude oil and the liquid has stronger corrosivity, which leads to reduce intensity of the sucker rod and corrode oil tube, and then affect normal production of oil wells and consume much maintenance cost.In this paper, corrosion mechanism of chang2 oil layer was studied and valued, and corrosion protection experiments of wellbore were carried out in the field, corrosion problem of wellbore in the district was effectively solved by using H2S corrosion inhibitor finally.
