| Abstract: | The molecular structure of the main organic impurity in COY 5 was determined by means of HPLC, TLC, MS, and HNMR. Meanwhile, the causes and mechnism of generating the impurity and the optimummethod to decrease the content of the impurityin COY 5 were indicated. |
