己二酸二异丙酯的合成工艺研究

摘    要:以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂、环己烷为带水剂,用己二酸与异丙醇直接酯化合成己二酸二异丙酯。通过正交实验研究了影响己二酸二异丙酯产率的主要因素,得到了最佳实验条件:醇酸物质的量的比为8∶1,催化剂、带水剂用量为每0.1mol己二酸需3g对甲苯磺酸、20mL环己烷,反应时间180min。此条件下合成的己二酸二异丙酯的收率达到90.4%。

Study on Synthesis of Diisopropyl Adipate

Abstract:Diisopropyl adipate was synthesized from adipic acid and isopro-panol with p-methyl benzenesulfonic acid as catalyst and cyclohexane as water-taken agent.The optimizing test of the operation conditions was also established.The optimum reaction condition,under which the yield of Diisopropyl Adipate is about 90.4%,were as follows:reaction time was 3h,feed mole ratio was 8∶1,the amount of catalyst and water-taken agent was 3g/0.1mol adipic acid,20mL/0.1mol adipic acid was added.
