| 摘 要： | 研究用树脂—水—填料系统制备微孔塑料模具材料,对树脂乳液—填料系统的成孔(连通孔)机理进行了系统的研究和探讨,提出了微通孔塑料模具材料的性能测试方法,并对成孔过程中的各种影响因索进行了分析讨论。

| Abstract: | The resin-water-filler system casting mould material micro pore (through pore) forming method is studied hereinafter. The emulsion-filler system micro pore forming mechanism is systematically investigated and discussed, the unique test methods for the said material are suggested, the most important affecting factors are experamented and concluded. |
