高强度HPVC板材及其断裂分形研究

摘    要:研究了经硅烷偶联剂处理碳纤维填充增强HPVC板材的力学性能,测量、分析了拉伸断裂面的分形维数,详细论述了数盒子法计算分形维数的原理和计算机的模拟过程。结果表明:经硅烷偶联剂KH550处理的碳纤维能与HPVC牢固地结合,当碳纤维填充量小于30%时,随着碳纤维加入量增多样条的拉伸强度增大;材料拉伸强度与断面视图的分形维数呈正线性关系。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of HPVC reinforced by carbon fiber filler treated by silane coupling agent were studied.The fractional dimension of crack section was measured and analyzed.The principle of calculating fractional dimension by counting box method was discussed in detail as well as the analog course by computer.The results showed that carbon fiber treated by silane coupling agent KH550 could combined with HPVC firmly;when the filling amount of carbon fiber was less than 30%,the tensile strength of sample slice was increased with the increase of the adding amount of carbon fiber,and was positive linear with the fractional dimension of section.
