| 摘 要： | 结合硫酸铵蒸发结晶工艺,研究蒸汽喷射热泵在刮板式薄膜蒸发中回收二次蒸汽的应用,通过对加热蒸汽耗量的计算,得出薄膜蒸发器配套使用热泵蒸发的工艺所需要的蒸汽耗量比未使用热泵蒸发工艺的蒸汽耗量明显减少。并对配套使用的蒸汽喷射泵进行了简单设计。

| Abstract: | Combined with the technology of ammonium sulfate evaporation and crystallization,the application of the steam jet heat pump used in recycling secondary steam produced by scraper thin-film evaporation was studied.Through calculation of steam consumption,it concludes that the steam consumption with the technology of thin-film evaporators combined with heat pump is obviously lower than the technology of not using the heat pump.At the same time,the supporting steam jet heat pump was simple design. |
