摘    要:对压力容器中Q345R和14Cr1MoR的管板和管箱筒体采用带极埋弧堆焊法进行不锈钢的堆焊,经试验分析,得到在力学性能、化学成分、耐蚀性、金相组织都符合标准的工艺评定,从而指导生产完成装备的制造。

Abstract:In the manufacturing of pressure vessel, the submerged arc surfacing with band electrode was used in the tube plate and tube box cylinder with material of Q345R and 14Cr1MoR. Through the test analysis, getting a procedure qualification that mechanical properties, chemical composition, corrosion resistance, metallographic structure etc. all up to standard, thereby directing to accomplish equipment manufacture.
