摘 要: | 大型薄壁罐因其直径大,壁薄,在热处理过程中很容易发生塌陷变形,本文通过对加热速度、保温温度等工艺参数的合理制定,并对罐体内外重要部位采取技术性支撑、同时在人孔、安全阀座等部位加装工艺盖等措施,有效控制了大型薄壁罐在热处理过程中的变形,保证了薄壁罐的热处理质量。

Abstract: | Due to large diameter and thin wall, large thin-wall tank is easily to collapse and deform in the heat treatment process, this thesis through reasonable formulating for the technological parameters such as heat treatment speed and thermal insulation temperature, takes measures such as adopting technical support for the important positions inside and outside tank body, adding and equipping technological covers on the manhole and safety valve seat such positions, effectively controls the deformation of large thin-wall tank in the heat treatment process and ensures thin-wall tank's heat treatment quality. |
