摘    要:本文运用有限元软件FEPG,建立了带长矩形接管受压圆筒体的三维参数化有限元模型,研究了矩形接管部位的应力分布特点,按照分析设计规范对带长矩形接管受压圆筒体进行了强度评定,并针对应力分布的不合理性提出了结构改进措施。

Abstract:In this paper, a 3-D parametric finite element model for a pressurized cylinder with a longrectangular tube was established using the finite element software FEPG. Stress distribution in the structure underan internal pressure was obtained. It was found that the largest stress intensity was located at the connection of thecylinder and the tube in tube corner area. For the long rectangular tube, it was not effective to reduce theconcentrated stress intensity by increasing the thickness of the cylinder or the tube. Strength reinforcementstructures were proposed and all the strength criteria were finally satisfied.
