摘    要:试验采用低酸催化水解工艺,从稻草中提取腐植酸.根据单因素试验设计,通过测定水解过程中稻草纤维素转化率和腐植酸产率的变化指标,来寻求较佳工艺参数.结果表明,初始阶段反应条件为温度220℃、0.1%硫酸溶液、固液比1∶12、压力4 MPa、转速300 r/min、时间20 min,将反应釜的反应条件调整为温度70℃、转速3...

Technical Study on Preparation of Humic Acid through Hydrolyzing Straw under Catalysis of Low-concentration of Acid

Abstract:In this experiment, humic acid was extracted from straw through hydrolyzing technology under catalysis of low-concentration of acid. By the method of single-factor design, the better technological parameters were studied through determination of changes of conversion rate of cellulose and yield rate ofhumic acid. The result showed that the best parameters were 220 ℃ of initial temperature at start stage of reaction, 0.1% concentration of sulfuric acid solution, 1 : 12 of solid to liquid, 4 MPa of pressure, 300 r/rain of rotate speed, and 20 min of reaction time, respectively, then the condition of reaction kettle was set to 70 ℃ of temperature, 300 r/min of rotate speed, and finally 30 min of reaction time was continued under ordinary pressure. The yield rate of humic acid could reached 37.55% .
