摘    要:以靛蓝生产中含杂质废氨的精馏回收为例,根据流程中压力调节快而温度调节滞后且扰动大的特点,建立了基于浓度曲线跟踪法的精馏塔优化控制算法,并设计解耦器消除了温度回路对压力回路的动态影响.该方法已用于实际生产中,效果较好,证明了其控制精度高和抗扰动能力强的特点.

Abstract:Taking the rectification recycling of the ammonia with impurities in the process of indigotine production as an example, according to the feature that regulation of press is fast and the temperature is so lagging and has large disturbance in control process, established an optimizing control arithmetic based on concentration curve tracking method for distillation process and designed a decoupler to eliminate effect of temperature loop on pressure loop. The method has been used practically and the results prove the characteristics of high control precision and strong anti-disturbance capacity.
