摘    要:介绍目前解决现场总线与以太网互联问题的两种最具代表性的方案,在此基础上设计了一套即现实可行、又操作简便、符合当今社会现状的解决方案:现场总线 以太网 TCP/IP OPC方案,并给出该方案的网络结构、互联参考模型以及软硬件的设计,重点论述硬件平台的选择,软件设计中所采用的多线程技术及缓冲区技术。实践证明,该方案不仅可以很好地解决目前控制系统的全分散、全开放和工业过程互操作问题,同时也可满足工业网络与Internet集成的需求,并具有良好的性价比和广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Two most representative solution schemes at present,which are used to solve the problem of interlinking of field bus and ethernet are introduced.On the basis of these,another scheme,namely the Scheme of Field Bus,Ethernet,TCP/IP and OPC,is put forward.It is not only applicable and practical but also in accordance with the current social condition.The network structure,interline reference model and detail design of software and hardware of the scheme are given out.The skill of selecting hardware platform and the techniques of multithreading and buffering adopted in the software design are discussed.Application results show this scheme can solve the current problem of whole-dispersal and whole-opening in control system and that of inter-operation in industry process control system.It also meets the demand of the integration of industry network and Internet.
