摘    要:设计了一款用于燃料电池发电系统的双CDD推挽正激变换器。分析了变换器电路的工作原理特别是箝位电容的作用。以SG3525作为控制芯片,设计了变换器的控制和保护电路,并分析了其工作原理。样机的实验波形及数据表明该变换器克服了传统推挽电路的不足,具有变换效率高,功率开关管电压尖峰小、动态响应快等优点,在低压输入大功率的直流变换场合,具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:A push-pull forward converter for fuel cell power generation system was designed.The principle of converter,particularly the role of the capacitor was introduced.The control and protection circuit was designed based on the SG3525 control chip,and the working principle of the control systems and protection circuit were analyzed.At last,a test prototype was designed and experimental waveforms and dates were given.Through analysis of waveforms and dates,this converter can overcome the disadvantage of the traditional push-pull,and has the advantages of high conversion efficiency,less voltage spike of the power MOSFET and fast dynamic responding.The converter has important application value in the low input voltage and high power conversion fields.
