摘    要:为了解决我国造纸厂蒸煮工段污染严重、生产效率低的问题,DDS置换蒸煮系统引起了越来越多的关注。该系统尽可能地利用蒸煮过程产生的黑液,从而达到环保、节能、降耗的目的。本文在简述其发展及应用的基础上,重点介绍DDS置换蒸煮的工艺特点及其优越性,并与其它间歇蒸煮进行了详细地比较。

Abstract:Displacement digester systems(DDS) pulping technology had got more and more attention because of its low pollution and high efficiency.It could utilize as much as possible black liquor generated from the cooking process so as to meet the needs of environment protection,energy conservation and consumption reduction.The development and application of DDS were reviewed briefly.On the other hand,the characteristics and superiority of DDS were introduced compared with other batch cooking system.
