基于光栅尺的发射药药型尺寸测量系统

摘    要:针对传统发射药药型尺寸测量仪存在的问题,研制了一套基于光栅尺的发射药药型尺寸测量系统。给出系统的总体结构与工作原理。采用2/1樟标准药对系统测量结果进行了验证,利用两种药型发射药产品对测量系统和传统尺寸测量仪的测量结果进行了对比试验,结果表明:系统测量结果与标准药的总体平均值无显著差异,测量系统分辨率达到1μm,量程达到0.02~100mm。

Abstract:Considering the shortcomings of existing measurement systems for propellants,a grating ruler-based dimensional measurement system for propellants was developed and its overall structure and the operating principle were provided.The measuring result verified by standard 2/1 Zhang propellants shows that,as compared to the traditional dimensional measurement system,no obvious difference exists between them and the resolution of the system developed is 1μm along with the measuring ranges from 0.02 to 100mm.
