摘    要:随着现代企业信息自动化进程的加快,生产企业已逐渐将管理、决策、市场信息和现场信息结合起来,实现ERP(企业资源计划)、MES(制造执行管理系统)、PCS(生产控制系统)三层信息一体化的解决方案。与此同时,企业内部之闻以及企业与企业之间对交换信息的需求也日益增强,而且这种需求已不局限于传统意义上对生产状态的监视和控制,同时也要求能够将生产信息与管理信息结合起来,建立一套集成式与开发式的信息化平台。然而,SCADA系统的使用需要安装大型客户端,并且系统扩展性较差、生产网服务接口的开放性较差。为此,在SCADA系统的基础上运用单向网闸实现了Web服务,满足了企业信息交互的需求,使生产数据得以开发,能被更多的系统与使用者访问。

Abstract:With the fast development of modern enterprises' prises have the management, decision-making, marketing an tegrate ERP, MES and PCS. At the same time, the demand information automation, the manufacturing enter- d operation information gradually combined to in- of exchanging information in or between enterpri- ses becomes increased and doesn' t be been confined to monitoring and controlling production status traditional- ly, and it also requires the ability to combine the production information with management information so as to establish the integrated and open information platform. However, SCADA system requires the installation of large client though it has poor expansibility and open service interface to other networks. Based on the SCADA system, the single network gap was employed to realize Web Service and to satisfy the demand for enterprise information interaction so that the production data can be developed for access of both systems and users.
