摘    要:为了解决现场管道点腐蚀检测工作量不足、检测效率低及检测数据不能有效反映管道内腐蚀状况等问题,提升管道检测在腐蚀程度及规律评价中的作用,在前期大量的现场腐蚀跟踪、腐蚀穿孔数据统计和点腐蚀规律研究基础上,对腐蚀检测方法综合比选,引进新型腐蚀检测装置、建立检测系统操作和管理规程,通过预测油田油气集输、单井集输和站内系统管道腐蚀多发部位,编制现场点腐蚀检测方案,开展现场检测试验和管道寿命预测工作,揭示点腐蚀机理,管道腐蚀检测效率得到显著提升,同时为内涂层评价及腐蚀治理等防腐工艺提供技术支撑。

Abstract:The insufficient pitting corrosion detection, low detection efficiency and the detection data's inca- pability in reflecting the pipeline' s internal corrosion can influence both pipeline detection and evaluation. Ba- sing on early tracking of the corrosion on site, the statistics of corrosion perforation and the study on pitting corrosion, the corrosion detection methods were selected and compared to introduce new corrosion detection de- vice and to work out the regulations for detection operation and management. Through predicting the oil field' s gas gathering and transportation and the pipeline corrosion in a single well gathering and transportation sta- tion, and preparing the detection scheme for site corrosion, as well as implementing detection test on site and pipeline service life prediction, the pitting corrosion mechanism was revealed and the corrosion detection effi- ciency was significantly improved. This provides technical support to internal coating evaluation and corrosion treatment.
