摘    要:工厂试验证明泡沫渣工艺可使15t电弧炉冶炼45#钢和60Si2Mn钢的电耗下降38.5kWh/t,约下降了7%.经过对试验数据分析表明:合理的造渣工艺、吹氧工艺以及配碳量有助于实现泡沫渣埋弧,提高脱磷效果以及降低冶炼电耗.

Abstract:The new foamy slag practice in a 15t EAF for the steel-making of 45#and 60Si2Mn has reduced the specific power consumption by 38.5kWh/t. The reasonable slag practice, oxygen blowing operation and carbon contents of the melting down metals are the key factors for making submerged arc foamy slag, improving the dephosphorization efficiency and reducing the power consumption.
