超细二氧化钛粉末在水溶液中的分散

摘    要:实验研究了不同分散剂对超细二氧化钛粉末在水溶液中分散的影响,采用分散相的沉降高度和分散后颗粒的粒度分布评价分散效果,得出六偏磷酸钠、硅酸钠、乙醇是超细二氧化钛粉末的良好分散剂. 通过测定分散相在分散介质中的z电位,分析了分散剂的分散机制,六偏磷酸钠和硅酸钠可显著提高水溶液中二氧化钛颗粒表面z电位的绝对值,乙醇在二氧化钛颗粒表面形成良好的溶剂化层,使超细二氧化钛颗粒在水溶液中获得良好稳定的分散.

Abstract:The effects of dispersant on the dispersion of ultrafine TiO2 particles were investigated. The sedimen- tation height and the size distribution of the dispersed particles in aqueous solution were employed to characterize the particle dispersion. The experimental results show that (NaPO3)6, Na2SiO3 and C2H5OH are efficient dispersants for TiO2 particles in aqueous solution. The zeta potential of the particles in aqueous solution was measured to analyze the dispersion mechanism of different dispersants, since (NaPO3)6 and Na2SiO3 can significantly increase the absolute value of zeta potential of particles, and C2H5OH forms a solvent layer on the particle surface. Thus, satisfactory and stable dispersion of TiO2 particles in aqueous solution is obtained.
