摘    要:预还原竖炉作为气固逆流式反应器,竖炉内铁氧化物的还原情况与炉内还原气的流动状态密切相关.通过建立某厂的1:20的半周的冷态模型,对不同气体流量和不同床层高度下的填充床内压力场进行了测定.同时利用FLUENT商业软件模拟了填充床内的气流速度场和压力场.研究表明,气体流量是影响填充床内压强变化的主要因素,随着气体流量的增大,压强几乎成比例增大,气体流量达到78 m3/h时,在风口处出现转折点.数值计算与实验测量结果吻合较好.

Abstract:Shaft furnace is a typical reaction device of gas-solid countercurrent, so the reduction condition of iron oxide is also closely linked with flow condition of reduction gas in shaft furnace. The different pressure fields of gas flow rates at different heights in a packed bed were studied through a semi-circle cold model experiment.
