摘    要:本项目基于碱式碳酸锌热力学和等离子体供热能力的研究,用等离子体条件下的瞬时焙解新工艺代替.传统的低温长周期培解制备活性氧化锌工艺.通过150t/y规模的中试以及相应的测试表明:该新工艺基础理论正确,反应器设计合理,焙解效果良好,产品质量达到德国Bayer(拜耳)公司同类产品指标.试验还发现等离子体焙解新工艺可以制备出球形和针形两种结构的产品.专利查新表明本工艺属于首创.

Abstract:The activated zinc oxide is an important packing material in the industrialfields of rubber, cable, fertilizer, pigment, glass, medicine and so on. Based on thermochemi cal characteristics of basic carbonate of zinc and plasma heating ability, the plasma pyrolysistechnology was developed. The pyrolysis results on 150 t/y scale show that the technology ofhigh temperature plasma pyrolysis is able to complete the pyrolysis process in less than 0.1 sand propose two kinds of activated zinc oxides: spherical and needle products. Furthermore,application of product in rubber product indicates that using the activated ZnO by the newtechnique leads to 50% cut of consumption of raw material ZnO as compared with using theZnO product by the indirect process.
