mLLDPE熔融与热封性能的研究

摘    要:用DSC研究了茂金属线型低密度聚乙烯与传统的线型低密度聚乙烯的熔融结晶行为,探讨了摩尔质量分布、密度等对mPE热封性能的影响。结果表明:与LLDPE相比,mPE-62的起封温度低、热封强度高,具有良好的热封性。

Abstract:s Crystallization and melting behavior of mLLDPE and ZN LLDPE were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The effects of molar mass fraction and density on the heat sealing behaviors of mPE film were also studied.The results showed that mPE 62 exhibited higher sealing strength,lower initiation temperature of sealing and wider temperature rangers of sealing than those of traditional ZN LLDPE.
