摘    要:以学校食堂用塑料托盘为例,用MOLDFLOW软件模拟制件在模腔内流动与保压过程,由于制件尺寸大而薄,在生产中很易由于保压不均匀而导致制件各部位体收缩不一致,从而产生严重的翘曲变形,通过对保压曲线的优化,得到了最佳的保压曲线,很大程度上减小了制件的翘曲变形量.对减小翘曲变形的保压曲线优化给予了原则上的说明,同时也说明了影响翘曲变形的各个因素之问的相互联系.

Abstract:In this study,the flow and packing process of polymer in cavity was simulated by MOLDFLOW software for a plastic plate used in canteen.It is very easy for a big and thin part to generate inhomogeneous volume shrinkage due to the uneven packing pressure on the part,resulting in the warp deformation.A series of experiments optimizing the packing profiles were carried out,and a best packing profile was obtained which decreased the warp deformation in a large extent.The packing profiles optimization which reduc...
