摘    要:虚拟仿真为注射机操作及注塑工艺培训提供了新的手段和工具.但由于注射机及其模具的多样性,真实性和可扩展性成为虚拟注射机仿真系统研发中的难题.通过对真实注射机结构及运动过程的深入分析,讨论了具有可扩展性的虚拟注射机控制系统的设计与实现方法.通过将虚拟注射机的控制系统划分为逻辑控制器和模型控制器,实现了系统的模块化和可扩展性.在此基础上,开发出了具有真实性、实时性的多模具多机型的虚拟注射机仿真系统.
