摘    要:以某品牌轿车车身B柱外饰件为例,分析了嵌件注射成型工艺中熔合纹和翘曲缺陷产生的原因;并通过数值模拟和实验对比,提出了预测和修正制品缺陷的思路和方法.

Abstract:This paper discussed an insert molding processing optimization case of plastic exterior trim on an automobile body B pillar.The causes of weld line and warpage defects were analyzed based on CAE numerical simulation as well as experiment comparison,and the corresponding optimization suggestions were proposed.
