UiO-66/PES混合基质超滤膜的制备及性能

摘    要:以聚醚砜(PES)为主要膜材料、溶剂热法合成UiO-66并掺入铸膜液中,通过非溶剂相转化法(NIPS)制备了混合基质超滤膜。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角测量仪及原子力显微镜(AFM)对制备的UiO-66和混合基质膜进行表征。重点考察了UiO-66添加量对膜表面形貌、内部结构、亲水性、渗透截留性能及耐污染性能的影响。结果表明,混合基质膜对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的截留率均在98%以上;当UiO-66添加量为1.0%时,混合基质膜的性能最佳,此时UiO-66在膜结构中均匀分布,膜表面亲水性增强,膜内部形成疏松的多孔结构,纯水通量达到365.62 L/(m2·h);且膜面的粗糙度显著降低,由原膜的7.67 nm降到3.54 nm,耐污染性能随之增强,通量恢复率由原膜的74.33%提高到84.51%,各方面性能均有一定的提升。

Abstract:UiO-66 was synthesized by solvothermal method,a UiO-66/polyethersulfone(PES)mixed matrix ultrafiltration membrane was produced via the phase inversion method(NIPS).X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),contact angle measurementsand atomic force microscopy(AFM)were utilized to characterize UiO-66 and the mixed matrix membrane.The effects of the addition of UiO-66 on the surface morphology,internal structure,hydrophilicity,permeability and fouling resistance of the membrane were mainly investigated.The results show that the rejection rate of Bovine Serum Protein(BSA)solution was more than 98%at various supplemental levels.When the content of UiO-66 is 1.0%,the performance of the membrane isoptimal is the best,UiO-66 can uniformly distributed in the membrane structure,the hydrophilicity of the membrane surface increases and a loose porous structure is formed inside the membrane,also permeability is enhanced that the pure water flux could reach 365.62 L/(m2·h).At the same time,the roughness of the membrane surface decreases significantly from 7.67 nm to 3.54 nm.The fouling resistance is enhanced,and the flux recovery rate of the membrane increases from 74.33%to 84.51%,all aspects of performance have a certain improvement.
