聚丙烯/无机抗菌粒子复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:将经表面处理的无机抗菌粒子制成抗菌母粒,与聚丙烯(PP)熔融共混制备了抗菌PP复合材料;采用扫描电镜观察抗菌粒子在PP中的分散状况并测试复合材料的性能。结果表明:抗菌粒子用量为1%时,抗菌粒子在PP中分布均匀,无团聚现象,与基体树脂具有较好的相容性;复合材料具有良好的广谱抗菌性能,抑菌率都能达到92%以上,加入无机抗菌粒子对PP力学性能的影响很小。

Abstract:Antibacterial mast erbatches were prepared by melt blending PP with surface-modified inorganic part icles containing silver,which were added into PP to prepare antibacterial compos ites The dispersion of the inorganic pa rticles in PP was examined by means of S EM,and the property of the composite was studied The results showed when the an tibacterial particles content was 1%,the particle dispersed well in PP and had g ood compatibility with matrix resin,and the composites had a wide antibiogram ab ove 92% to many kinds of bacteria The u se of antibacterial particles had almost no effect on the mechanical properties of the composite
