| 摘 要： | 研究了聚丙烯/木粉木塑复合材料挤出料条的空心现象,通过木粉处理、塑料处理、加工工艺、冷却环境等方面对其进行研究,分析了挤出料条在空气中和水浴中的冷却过程。研究表明主要是由于冷却机理不同引起而料条的中空现象,这对木塑复合材料的加工具有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | Hollow phenomenon in the extrusion article material of PP/WPC was studied in the aspects of flour processing,plastic processing,processing craft,cooling environment,etc.the cooling process in air and water were analyzed.The research showed the hollow phenomenon of the material was because of the different cooling mechanisms,which had important guiding importance for the processing of the WPC. |
