摘    要:对由玻璃纤维增强尼龙610注塑成型的螺栓进行吸水试验,用扫描电镜对不同浸水时间后的螺栓内部组织进行了显微观察,分析了水分引起螺栓拉伸强度变化的机理。结果表明,螺栓在水中的吸水量随浸水时间的延长而增加,初期增加较快,而后随着吸水饱和值的趋近而渐缓。螺栓浸水后,其拉伸强度先小幅度升高后下降,拉伸强度的最大提高量和下降量分别为烘干状态下的5.6%和21.5%。

Abstract:The water absorption of the bolts injection molded from glass fiber reinforced nylon 610 was tested. The internal structure of the bolts immerged in water for different soaking time was observed by means of SEM, and the mechanism of the changes of the tensile strength of the bolt caused by water was analyzed. The results showed the water absorption increased with the increase of the soaking time, increased quickly at first and then slowed down until approaching saturated value. The tensile strength increased slightly at first during the soaking time, the maximum increased value was 5.6% of that of dried one, and then climbed down, the maximum reduced value was 21.5% of that of dried one.
