应用化学专业毕业生质量跟踪调查及结果分析

通过对广东石油化工学院应用化学专业近两年来本科毕业生质量的跟踪调查,显示各用人单位对我校应用化学专业本科毕业生素质总体评价较好,尤其在思想品质、工作态度、身心素质、专业知识技能等方面,满意和比较满意率总计超过95.4%。但是在外语水平、计算机应用水平、创新能力、组织管理能力、人际关系等方面还存在一定的不足。希望通过对本次调查结果的分析,为加强本院教学改革、培养适应社会发展的高素质应用型人才提供参考依据。

Investigation and Result Analysis of the Graduates' Quality of Applied Chemistry Specialty

According to a follow-up survey and data analysis on the graduates of the Applied Chemistry Specialty from Department of Chemistry and Life Science of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology in the past two years,the quality was satisfactory in general,especially on the aspects of the mentality,the working attitude,the ideological quality,the professional knowledge and skills.But some deficiencies existed in their level of foreign language,the level of computer application,the abilities of innovating,the abilities of organization and management and the interpersonal relationship.The object of the results of the survey was to provide valuable information for further educational reform and cultivate applied talents that can adapt themselves to the rapid social development.
