管道射线检测质量控制措施

射线检测广泛应用于管道焊缝内部质量的检验，如果控制不好，将会引起漏检、误判，甚至人为错判，使管道在安装过程中留下质量隐患。针对石油化工装置管道射线检测过程中存在的一些问题，本文结合实例进行了分析，从管道单线图管理、不合格对接焊缝重焊、监督抽查等方面提出了管道射线检测的质量控制措施。

Quality Control Measure of Ray Inspection Process of Pipeline

Ray inspection was used widely in flaws inspecting of pipeline welding.If it was not used properly,it would couse some defaults and make judgements wrong when inspecting,and bring about potential quality hazards in the process of the pipeline installing.While inspecting the pipeline of petroleum and chemical devices using ray,analysis were done combined with actual examples and measures,which were proposed in several aspects as management of the pipeline diagram,rewelding substandard butt welding,supervising and random inspection.
