胆甾烷-3-醇及胆甾烷-3-酮的合成研究进展

摘    要:甾族化合物在生物、医药等诸多方面具有很重要的利用价值.本文在大量文献的基础上对以胆固醇为原料,经还原反应制备胆甾烷-3-醇和以胆甾烷-3-醇为原料经氧化反应制备胆甾烷-3-酮的合成工艺进行了综述,重点对上述合成工艺的催化剂及催化方法进行了阐述,并分析了不同催化剂的优缺点,对今后的研究方向进行了归纳.

Abstract:Steroids in biological,pharmaceutical and other aspects had very important value in use.Based on a large number of references with cholesterol as raw materials and preparation of reduction reaction obtained cholestan-3-ol and with cholestan-3-ol as raw materials,cholestan-3-one was obtained by oxidation reaction preparation.Synthesis process was reviewed focusing on the synthetic technology of catalysts,and catalytic methods were introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of different catalysts were analyzed and the future research directions were summarized.
