摘    要:采用扩散渗析法处理盐湖卤水提锂过程中产生的酸性废液,研究了扩散渗析对复杂的溶液体系酸性废液的处理性能,考察了水酸比和料液流量对酸回收率以及盐截留率的影响。研究表明,H+能够很好的透过阴离子交换膜,二价离子的截留率远远大于一价离子的截留率。酸的回收率随着水酸比的增加而增加,却随着料液流量的增加而降低。

Abstract:The acidic effluent,discharged from extracting lithium from salt lake brine by diffusion dialysis,was used to study the treatment performance of acidic waste liquid in complex solution system with diffusion dialysis,and investigate the affect of ratio of water to acid and flow rate on the recovery of acid and salt rejcction,which were studied.The results showed that H+ permeated well through the anion exchange membrane,while bivalent ions were effectively rejected.In addition,the acid recovery increased with increasing the flow rate ratio(water/feed),but it decreased with increasing the flow rate.
