普光气田含硫污水氯离子含量测试方法改进

摘    要:主要研究了普光气田350 t/d的含硫回注污水中氯离子含量的测试方法。结合普光气田地层情况及回注污水的来水水质情况,分析前期污水中氯离子含量测试方法存在的不足,在莫尔法测定水中氯离子含量的基础上,为充分消除污水中硫离子对氯离子含量测试的影响,采用以沉淀性除硫剂作为前处理剂去除含硫污水中硫离子的方法,并与传统加酸煮沸除硫离子方法进行了对比,进行了含硫污水氯离子测定的前处理方法优劣的探讨。结果表明,前者方法快速简单,测定终点时实验现象明显,氯离子回收试验为99%~101%之间,适用于批量水样氯离子检测,能够很好的配合现场,且测试结果准确。

Abstract:The testing methods of the chloride ion content in Puguang Gasfield's 350 t/d sulfurous recycled produced water were mainly researched. Combining the formation condition of Puguang Gasfield with the incoming water quality of recycled produced water, and analyzing the deficiency of testing methods of the chloride ion in previous produced water, based on Mohr's method of testing chloride ion content in water, the impact of existing sulfur ion on chloride ion content test in produced water was fully eliminated, contrasting with conventional methods of sulfur ion removal by adding boiling acid, among pre - process methods of chloride ion content test in sulfur - contained produced water were discussed. This result showed that the former method was fast and easy to undertake with a clear experimental phenomena at the end of the test, and the recovery of chloride ion was between 99% - 101% which was suitable for volume water chloride ion test and the field usage with an accurate test results.
