铁皮石斛多糖抗癌及免疫活性研究

摘    要:研究了铁皮石斛多糖的抗癌及免疫活性。水提醇沉法提取铁皮石斛多糖,将其作用于癌细胞株(HepG2、A549、F9、NCCIT)和小鼠脾脏细胞、腹腔巨噬细胞,观察细胞形态变化,并用MTT法分析其对细胞增殖的作用。结果表明:铁皮石斛多糖能抑制癌细胞的增殖并促进脾脏细胞生长,铁皮石斛多糖具有一定的抗癌活性及免疫活性。

Study on Immune and Antitumor Activity of Dendrobium officinale Polysaccharides

Abstract:The immune and antitumor activity of Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides was studied. Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides were preliminarily extracted in water and precipitated in ethyl alcohol and purified by removing proteins, then applied to HepG2, A549, F9, NCCIT, splenocytes and macrophages, which were cultured in vitro for 48 h The morphologic of HepG2, A549, F9, NCCIT and MTT methods were used to determine cell activity and proliferation. The result showed that compared with control group, Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides ( 100 --400 μg · mL- 1 ) could significantly inhibit the proliferation of HepG2, A549, F9 and NCCIT. Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides (25 - 200μg · mL- 1 ) could significantly promote the proliferation of splenocytes, meanwhile, for macrophages, there was no difference. Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides had an effect on immune and antitumor activity, thus providing important experimental information for potential pharmaceutical applications.
