聚硅酸锌絮凝剂性能研究

摘    要:聚硅酸锌絮凝剂由于其优良的絮凝性能和低金属残留,成为无机高分子絮凝剂中研究的热点。本文以硅酸钠、硫酸锌等为原料制备了聚硅酸硫酸锌絮凝剂,研究了适宜制备条件和对其絮凝性能的影响因素。结果表明:SiO2百分含量为3.0%、锌硅比为1.5、活化时间0.5 h时去浊率为最高;在絮凝使用过程中最佳投加量为1.0 mL/L、pH使用范围为6.4~10.0、絮凝沉降时间10 min。其絮凝效果在pH使用范围、沉降时间、絮凝体体成长速度优于聚硅酸铝絮凝剂。

Study on the Performance of Poly-zinc Silicate

Abstract:Poly -zinc silicate became the research hotspot that it had excellent flocculant property and lower metal remaining. Poly - zinc silicate was made by sodium silicate, zinc sulfate, etc. , and its optimal preparation condition and influencing factor to flocculant property were researched. The results indicated that the removal residual turbidity efficiency was culmination when w(Si02% ) =3.0%, n(Zn/Si) = 1.5, activation time was 0. 5 h, the optimal dose was 1.0 mL/L, pH range of application was 6.4 - 10. 0 and flocculation sedimentation time was 10 min. It had wider pH range of application, sedimentation time and the rate of flocculating constituent grew up than that of poly - aluminum silicate floceulant.
