摘    要:设计合成1-(4-乙炔苯基)-3-(4-硝基苯)硫脲,聚合得到含硫脲聚苯乙炔poly(1)。通过一系列阴离子的正四丁基铵盐评价其阴离子识别性能。加入CH3CO-2,C6H5CO-2和F-后,poly(1)的DMF溶液颜色由黄色变成橙红色;而加入Cl-,HSO-4,Br-和NO-3后,溶液颜色不变,结果表明poly(1)显示阴离子识别能力。1H NMR滴定表明硫脲和阴离子的氢键引发poly(1)的比色响应。poly(1)对阴离子的结合能力大小顺序排列为:C6H5COO-≈CH3COO-≈F-Cl-≈HSO-4≈Br-≈NO-3,其阴离子选择性与阴离子的碱性相关。

Synthesis and Anions Recognition Properties of Thiourea - containing Polyphenylacetylene

Abstract:Polyphenylacetylene with nitro- phenyl- thiourea moieties [ poly( 1 )] was synthesized by polymerization of 1 - (4 - ethynylphenyl) - 3 - (4 - nitrophenyl) thiourea. The anion sensing ability of poly ( 1 ) was estimated using the tetra- n - butylammonium (TBA) salts of a series of anions. Upon the addition of anions such as CH3CO2-, C6HsCO2- and F- , the yellow color of the DMF solution of poly( 1 ) immediately turned to a different color while the color of solution change slightly upon addition of Cl-, HSO4, Br-, and NO3- indicating that poly (1) exhibits anion sensing ability. The 1H NMR titrations of poly(1) revealed that the colorimetric response of poly( 1 ) was triggered by the thiourea - anion interaction through the hydrogen bonding. The selectivity of poly(1): C6H5COO-≈CH3COO-≈F-≥Cl-≈HSO4-≈Br-≈NO3-. The selectivity of poly(1) to anions clearly correlated with the basicity of anions.
