抽提装置汽提塔压力高的原因分析与对策

摘    要:针对抽提装置再沸器泄露时汽提塔压力升高的问题,我们结合汽提塔的工作原理,对汽提塔运行工况进行分析,从抽提进料、汽提塔操作参数及贫溶剂的质量方面出发,找出影响汽提塔压力升高的因素,并制定相应的解决措施,实施后不仅降低了汽提塔压力,而且实现了装置高负荷运行,解决了抽提装置再沸器泄露情况下长周期运行的瓶颈,为装置的正常运行积累了经验。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the stripping tower pressure increase caused by extraction equipment reboiler leak problem , the factors affecting the stripper pressure rise were found out , corresponding measures to reduce the pressure of stripping tower were formulated , the high load operation was realized , and the extraction device in the reboiler of long period run of the leak cases bottlenecks was solved .
