摘 要: | 以水杨醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料合成3-乙酰基香豆素,3-乙酰基香豆素与各种取代基的苯甲醛反应生成相应的查尔酮,查尔酮再与2-肼基苯并噻唑反应合成了5种未见报道的吡唑啉,并通过核磁氢谱等对吡唑啉进行了表征。并对合成吡唑啉条件中的溶剂的选择以及温度的单因素实验,对合成条件进行了优化。

Abstract: | With salicylic aldehyde and ethyl acetoacetate as raw material, 3 - acetylcoumarin was synthesized. Using 3 - acetylcoumarin reacted with few of arylaldehydes, different chalcones were prepared, and 2 - hydrazinobenzothiazole was made from 2 - aminobenzothiazol, finally five pyrazolines which had not been reported were got. All of the novel compounds were confirmed by ^1H NMR. Through the selecting of solvent and temperature of single factor experiment, optimum reaction conditions were obtained from the experiment. |
