奶粉中苯酚类污染物残留量检测方法研究

摘    要:建立气相色谱法检测奶粉中苯酚类污染物残留的分析方法,样品经过酸性水溶液提取,采用正己烷萃取,碳酸钾溶液反萃取,乙酸酐衍生,GC-ECD法同时检测,外标法定量,阳性样品采用GC/MS确证,方法回收率为75.8%~93.5%,RSD为2.61%~4.88%,方法检测限为:0.8~.3.0μg/kg。

Abstract:The method for the determination of phenolic compounds residues in milk podwer was developed. The phenolic compounds residues were extracted from milk podwer samples with acidity water. The extracts were purified with hexane and potassium carbonate solution, and then acetic anhydride was added. Phenolic compounds were derivatized and submitted to determined with gas chromatography equipped with electron - capture detector (GC - ECD) and confirmed with GC/MS. The recoveries were in the ranges of 75. 8% - 93.5% and the RSDs was in the ranges of 2.61 % - 4. 8%. The detection limits of the phenolic compounds were in the range of 0. 5 - 1. 5 μg/kg.
