| 摘 要： | 发酵母液经过滤、脱色、离子交换等工序后,利用镁铝二元水滑石的焙烧产物(LDO)对衣康酸的吸附,从而完成在发酵母液中回收衣康酸。确定了镁铝二元水滑石的焙烧产物(LDO)回收衣康酸的主要工艺条件:接触时间为5 h,pH为10,温度为313 K。并设计出一条新的从衣康酸废酵母溶液中提取衣康酸的方法。

| Abstract: | Through fermentation liquor by filtration, decoloration, ion exchange processes, product of roasting by Mg - AI hydrotalcite two yuan （LDO） on the adsorption of itaeonic acid in the fermentation liquor, the recovery of itaconic acid was completed. The main technological conditions of LDO for recovery of itaconic acid were that contact time was 5 h, pH was 10, and the temperature of 313 K. A new method for the extraction of itaconic acid from itaconie acid fermentation waste mother liquid was designed. |
