摘    要:从人才培养目标、教学体系、教学质量与实践教学等方面对应用型人才的培养进行理论探索,形成应用型人才培养的教学理念和培养模式,构建以注重工程应用为核心的教学内容和课程体系。达到提高应用型人才培养的能力和水平,促进应用型人才全面发展,培养更多的高素质应用型人才。

Abstract:Cultivation mode for chemical practical talent was explored in the aspects of cultivation goal,training program,teaching system,teaching quality control system and practical teaching management system,to form teaching ideas of cultivation mode of practical talent,and to build teaching contents and curriculum system based on engineering application.It would help improve the capabilities of practical talents cultivation,promote practical talents' all-round development,and cultivate more practical talents for the development.
