| 摘 要： | 以邻苯二甲酸酐、蓖麻油、季戊四醇、甘油为原料在催化剂存在下,通过醇解、酯化聚合制造软管滚涂油墨用水性醇酸树脂。通过试验用所合成的树脂与水性三聚腈氨树脂复配,辅之于相适应的助剂制得的水溶性软管滚涂油墨经过软管厂涂装试用,其性能指标可达到现用的油溶性软管滚涂油墨的效果。为此,本文研究成功用水作溶剂代替油溶性油墨中有机溶剂,不仅可以节省有机溶剂资源,降低产品的成本,而且对于我国提出的可持续发展战略,改善环境,具有良好的社会意义。

| Abstract: | Water-borne alkyd resin was synthesized inks by alcohoysis, esterification using phthalic anhydride,pentaerythrite, propanetriol, castor-oil and catalyst. The flexible pipe inks can be made with the synthetized resin, resimine-747 and assistants. Its properties have came up to the standards of oil-soluble flexible pipe inks. |
