| 摘 要： | 通过对乙烯泵机械密封特点的分析,得出端面比压不足,液膜相态的不稳定是密封泄漏的主要原因,并采取更换静环以适当加大面积比、改善冷却条件、控制端面温度等措施加以解决。

| Abstract: | liquid membrane morphology instability caused by the insufficiency of unit pressure on end face is the main reason for the seal leakage through analysis for the character of Ethylene pump seal,and take measures such as replacement mating ring to appropriately enlarging the area ratio,Improving cooling conditions,controling end face temperature to solve it. |
